Recently, the pressure testing machine, life testing machine, vibration testing machine and other testing units of the National Valve Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Fujian) have entered the trial operation stage.

Technicians are conducting tests on multiple aspects of valve product shells, including strength, sealing performance, static pressure life, and vibration resistance. At present, technicians have conducted pressure tests and life tests on some valves, and have made detailed records of the inspection data.

The equipment manufacturer also specially dispatched two engineers to assist in emergency handling of unexpected situations that occurred during the use of the valve center equipment, and provided guidance to on-site technical personnel on how to respond to emergencies.

In addition, on-site technicians listened attentively, took careful notes, and attempted to repair the equipment themselves, which promoted the trial operation progress of the National Valve Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Fujian).

In recent years, some domestic valve companies have cut corners and materials, resulting in serious problems such as poor valve quality. The official operation of the National Valve Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center can effectively control or even reduce the number of problematic valves in Fujian Province, providing strong support for the development of the valve market.
